Seal Industries, Inc. Introduces Guardian Compliance – The nation’s largest independently owned LDAR, monitoring and environmental regulation compliance services provider

Houston, TX – April 1, 2011, - The recent merger of Encompas and Environmental Analytics has led to the introduction of Guardian Compliance, the nation’s largest independently owned LDAR, monitoring and environmental compliance services provider. Guardian Compliance serves clients in the petroleum refining and petrochemical industries, by developing and implementing high quality environmental compliance programs.

Guardian Compliance is a safety driven organization with nearly 500 employees working in more than 100 petroleum refining and petrochemical facilities. Guardian’s combined MSA refining clients production levels exceed 1.5 million barrels per day. With over 8.7 million components under contract, Guardian Compliance professionals have successfully gone through hundreds of federal, state and regional environmental audits.

Guardian Compliance supports clients by developing and implementing a wide range of services including LDAR, Fugitive Emissions Source Inventory, cooling tower MACT, leak sealing, MSS & GHG Subpart W compliance and Fugitive VOC Emission management programs.

Guardian Compliance is currently a DBA for Encompas and Environmental Analytics. Encompas and Environmental Analytics continue to meet their contractual obligations.
