Steve Saboe,
Steve has been a part of the industrial and environmental services industry for much of the past two decades. Steve has years of experience in industrial service management, strong execution skills and the ability to lead and grow high performing teams. In prior management roles, he became familiar with the Guardian client base and the risks and opportunities in the environmental compliance services marketplace.
Bridgett Morales,
Bridgett has been involved with Industrial Safety since 1997, including prior experience as an instructor with the Houston Area Safety Council. She oversees Guardian's effective Goal Zero safety program, creating and implementing education-driven safety processes. Under her supervision, Seal-Tech Inc. & Encompas' employees worked more than 1 million consecutive hours without an OSHA recordable injury or Lost Work Day case.
Craig Cantu,
Craig has been involved with LDAR and fugitive emissions compliance programs for 15 years. Craig has held positions involving all aspects of LDAR programs including Area Field Technician, Lead Technician, Area Manager, and Sales Manager. Craig is responsible for Guardian operations, integration and implementing strategy to build a financially successful organization that ensures employee safety and client facility compliance.
Colin Sheffield,
Colin is focused on expanding Guardian's environmental compliance services with concentration on developing scalable LDAR programs, technology, process management, training, compliance metrics and QAQC tool development and evaluation. In addition to 13 years working for Valero Energy Corporation, he is a recognized expert, an active member and regular speaker at the ISA's annual LDAR Symposium and has presented as part of the LDAR BWON Tanks and NPRA Environmental Conferences.
Brad Serres,
Brad has 20 years of environmental LDAR program experience. Originally with Environmental Analytics, Brad brings his industry knowledge and broad understanding of both petroleum refining and petrochemical compliance challenges to Guardian Compliance. In addition, Brad's LDARtools expertise will provide insight about integration options and the significant benefits derived from investing in LDAR driven technology to improve our clients programs.
Jennifer Buhigas,
Jennifer has worked in the oil and gas-trading sector for more than15 years, joining Seal Tech/Guardian in July 2010 as Chief Financial Officer. She began her career at Arthur Andersen, before accepting positions with a number of oilfield services companies, including Stallion Oilfield and Laney Directional Drilling. Over the years Jennifer has served as Controller, Treasurer, Chief Accounting Officer and Chief Financial Officer. She is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University.
